Our Hiring Process

Step 1

Application Review

Once you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application as it relates to the vacancy you've applied for - and they'll also keep an eye out if you match a different one of our vacancies

Step 2

Interview with our recruiter

After your application has been reviewed and approved, we will invite you to a 30 minute online meeting with our Recruiter to get to know you better as well as tell you more about BHE

Step 3

Interview with the hiring manager and a team member

If we are aligned after the recruiter screening, we'll invite you for an online meeting with the hiring manager as well as an additional team member. Here, you'll learn more about the role and we'll learn more about your experience and qualifications

Step 4

Interview with additional team members + Office tour

The last step in the process is meeting face to face. We'd like to show you around our office as well as meet with a few other team members and tell you more about what it's like to work at BHE

Offer to join BHE!
