About the Role

As a Test & Configuration Engineer at BlueHeart Energy, you will play a key role in setting up and validating our Blue Heart units within customer heat pump systems. You will define configurations, execute tests, and analyze results to ensure optimal performance. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, assembly, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

What You’ll Do

• Set up configurations and coordinate with assembly, testing, and component teams to make them happen.

• Define and track component setups, verifying functionality through testing.

• Create and execute test plans for components and complete systems.

• Analyze test results, together with R&D team, identify issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Prioritize testing activities and align teams to meet delivery goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, testing, suppliers) to resolve challenges quickly.

• Adjust setups and tests based on integration with customer heat pumps.

• Support application engineers during project scoping with insights on unit performance.

• Investigate machine performance and link findings to individual components for optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Engineering.

• Strong project management skills.

• Hands-on experience with system testing, configuration, or validation.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data and troubleshooting issues.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems or heat pump technology is a plus.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with occasional travel.
