About The Role:

We’re looking for a Business Analytics Intern to help us bring clarity and structure to our people operations. You’ll work closely with the People team to turn fragmented information into reliable datasets, create dashboards, and streamline processes that improve decision-making across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing data, building scalable systems, and solving operational challenges in a fast-moving startup environment

What You'll Do:

• Build dashboards and visualizations to provide clear, real-time insights into key people and operational metrics.

• Structure and maintain data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency, creating a single source of truth.

• Support process improvements across onboarding, compliance, and operational workflows, helping identify gaps, bottlenecks, or trends.

• Standardize data definitions, documentation, and reporting practices to make information more actionable.

• Collaborate with the People team to implement solutions that scale as the company grows.

• Turn data into insights and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying Business Administration/Management, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with Excel, PowerBI and other data analytics tools is a must

• Interest in business operations, process improvement, or data-driven decision-making.
  

• Ability to organize and structure data and present insights clearly through visualizations.
  

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn by doing, taking ownership of small projects and seeing them through from start to finish.
  

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable, and ready to work on processes and systems from the ground up.
